Dit jaar was wederom een delegatie van Advantive aanwezig op Microsoft Ignite. Microsoft Ignite is een van de grootste evenementen die Microsoft organiseerd en waar ze traditiegetrouw de nieuwste ontwikkelingen aankondigen.

Enkele van onze hoogtepunten waren:

• Private Channels in Microsoft Teams: Ja ze komen eraan en zullen beschikbaar zijn in omgevingen vanaf November.
• Yammer: Dit jaar was “The Year Of Yammer”. Er is een grote update gebeurt aan Yammer. Zowel op gebied van de UI en op gebruik. Zo worden Yammer groups nu Yammer communities genoemt.
• Power Apps in Microsoft Teams: Het zal mogelijk worden in de toekomst om Power Apps niet alleen als tab-blad in Teams maar ook als volledige Teams applicatie te installeren. Dit zal het mogelijk maken om ze in de rechter balk vast te zetten en hierdoor snel en gemakkelijk bereikbaar te maken.
• Taken in Teams: Er zal een nieuw scherm beschikbaar worden waar je alle taken (uit Planner, ToDo, …) in 1 oogopslag kan raadplegen. Dit kan je dan in de rechterbalk pinnen voor snelle toegang.
